Do you make EXCUSES about EXERCISE?

Sometimes it’s easy to wallow in self pity when it seems like things are not in our favor. When I was on the plane home from California last Tuesday I picked up a copy of Runners World and read an incredibly inspiring story. Whether you think you have problems or your don’t read this story all of the way to the end to hear how Matt Long made an incredible come back to running and competing.
